  • 1.  Restoring Archive files issue

    Hi Team,

    we have two archive servers . One at DC and another one at DR.
    One CM/Agg and one Collector at DC - Backup & archiving at DC archive Server.
    One Collector at DR - Backup & archiving at DR archive Server.

    When tried to restore recent archive logs(01-04-2024) for DC collector logs it is displaying no results found. Verified that the archive files are available at the Server end.
    We have reachability from Backup & Archive Server to CM for ports 22 and 8443.

    Hi Phanendra,

    Are you restoring archives on the same appliance which generated the archives?

    Also, is there all the archive files in sequence? like for 5 days you must have 1st of month till 5th of month files.
