ExD entities are quite popular in TP. If a new entity is to be created, it's an ExD entity.
Unfortunately, there is no possibility that support can restore a deleted ExD entity.
Only thing that can be done, is to have a backup restored on a temp domain, and manually enter the ExD entity, losing of course all relations and history (e.g. comments, state changes, ...)
