    I found the fix and am putting it here in case it might help someone.
    This is how you can install components wanted.

    1. From file system, copy required component file (eg - wm_ruleadmin.pdp) from
      <install_directory>/Portal/Components/admin/ui onto hard disk.
    2. On MWS page, Administration->Administration Dashboard-> configuration-> install administration-> install-> next->Local or network drive-> Next-> (select file in step 1) → Finish

    This would re-install the particular component back on MWS.
