REST API or SCIM-based userID (account) management

    Hello

    I found a reference on line for a Rest API for some z/OS functions but I did not find any for user management/provisioning or administrative password management. 

    Did I miss it or do they not exist?

    I did find a REST API where a console command can be sent, which seems like an option, but want to make sure I did not miss finding exactly what I am searching for.

    Also another consideration is support for a standard called SCIM for identity management.   Is there a programmatic SCIM interface available for z/OS or if not z/OS then RACF?

    I know IBM has a JTOpen web service API for the IBM i series (OS/400, AS/400, i5).   Even something like that for z/OS or RACF would be great. 

    Any pointers appreciated.
