I do had a scenario to be accomplished in IIB, in which one input should be passed from MQ and the other should be passed from FILE(for this i have been using Resource Registry Concept) and in order to specify mrc file i have modified dtx.ini file which is located in Integration server Insatllation directory but when the flow has been deployed an exception is being raised with the error message stating "Source not found" .

FYI - When i tried the RR from Design Studio it is working absolutely fine.

Is there something i need to configure/modify so that the mrc file will be accessible to the map in IIB flow as well.
