    Is this the expected functionality or would the first found be expected.

    There is an obvious solution - remove the duplicates - but I was interested in the views of what the correct behaviour should be.

We have some cross values in multiple mrn's in multiple systems and one of my tasks is to standardize the usage, but I've been removing duplicates, not testing. One this I do know is it's not case sensetive, even on Unix (%log_dir% will get the value of LOG_DIR in the mrn.
