  • 1.  Resilient V35 issue

    Hello,

    I just upgraded my resilient to V35. But something strange occurs when I want to edit the scripts and workflows. They are in blank an it put a message of "loading". It waste a lot of time, and finally does not appear anything. Any tips?

    It sounds like there is some javascript error, I'd check your browser log to see if there are any errors. Both of these operations load another js file the first time that you hit them, so I'd also check for file loading errors as well in case there is some problem downloading the additional script.

    I'd imagine that this is fairly individual to your situation, so you may want to contact support directly.

    I was getting the same behavior and some other issues in v 35 until I cleared my web browser cache. After clearing the cache all of the issues appear to have gone away
