    Hello Everyone,

    Can anyone help me out to troubleshoot the resilient when its service seems unavailable.
    OR
    What could be the possible reasons to such situation.

    I Couldn't get any info in IBM Resilient Admin Guide.

    Hi

    have you ssh'd  into the server  and checked the resilient service status 

    systemctl status resilient-messaging

    systemctl status resilient

    also check you have a valid license

    sudo resutil license

    Might be worth checking  checking the disk space on the server as well with a 

    df -h  command
