On the command line interface of SOAR platform, I run the command "sudo systemctl status" and sees the state of resilient.localdomain to be degraded.  

 What does it mean to be in a degraded state? and how to resolve issue.

Also i see failed units:1 . How do i identify this unit?

This means one or more of your services has failed to start. To find the failed service(s), you can run sudo systemctl;

Note that the list from above command is paginated so might need to navigate to all the pages to get the failed services
