    Hi all,

    Is there a way to reset the running number of the incident ID field in Resilient? Resilient version is 38.1.71.

    There isn't a way to reset the incident id.

    However you may want to consider using your own custom sequence code as the identifier instead. It is configured on the Administration|Organization tab.
