    Hi SPSS Admin,
    I just want to reset all my Locking Code in my account license.
    Could you please help me reset them?

    Hi @Duy Nguyen Quang

    These look like individual Authorized User lock codes.  IBM SPSS Statistics tethers itself to specific physical attributes of a specific computer.  If the lock code has changed, then it seems this is an installation to a new computer. You may or may not have remaining installs left on your current agreement.  Is it the case that the owners of these lock codes have now left your organization and you need to be able to return them and re-use the authorization code(s)?

    If you need to return an activation or delete an authorization code you can open a license automation case (see link below) so that you will not have to open a case with Support and wait for a reply.
