Are you looking for the following tree command?
http://mama.indstate.edu/users/ice/tree/

This can be compiled on AIX easily. We can look at it to package for AIX but there are processes and it takes time.
Meanwhile you can compile it on AIX by yourself. Just needs to enable AIX specific in Makefile and disable Linux specific.
