    What are you trying to achieve? Please describe it in detail.

    As per SAG recommendation i have arranged packages and config directory in below format.

    Our build pipeline.yaml able to build and deploy IS packages as well config changes, now the questions is what is best way to build config directory, i mean for each build do we need build entire config directory or only newly checked-in file into git.
