Reports Based on Filed Value (Condition)

    Hi, 

    We want to Create a Report where we can set condition as Field Value,  we can search as per  Field Name but not with Value.
    Example, 
    IDNumber = '22334455'  or  NIN='43213456', or RefNumber= '999999333'

    Query condition is as 

    And ("field Value" -  is - Like - parameters - Value) 

    any suggestion which conditional Attributes should be Selected ?
