  • 1.  Reporting while running Usage Import

    Hello, 

    One of my client noticed "Product use by Month" report showed up 0 rows, At the same time Usage Import aggregate to asset step was running, we retried the report after Usage import had ended, the same report came back with data.

    Is there a known limitation or issue , in accessing usage reports from analyzer GUI, while Usage import jobs are running?

    Hi Abhinav

    There could be concurrency issues with the data while Usage Import is running when a user is also browsing the same data. Try to refresh the browser and see if you get the expected results.  Else delete the browser cache, and then browse the report again. Worst case, stop and start the browser, login again and select the report.
