Is there a reason why servers show up twice when pulling a report by the product name? Even when the products are the same?

If you have upgraded the software, ILMT will show both versions until the reporting period only covers dates after the upgrade.
Check the installation path. If you show 2 different installation paths, that's why you see it twice...
