How do I get access to the reporting and troubleshooting exam? I have taken all necessary courses. Looks like I need to receive an email with login credentials but have not received.

Hey @Chrissy Lemons it looks like you completed the Unlock the Troubleshooting & Reporting Exam R11 back in January which is our trigger to send over the exam details.  I am sorry if you did not receive an email at that time.  I am tagging @Debbie Hagen who will be in touch soon.  Debbie, Chrissy needs exam information/login credentials for the TS&R exam.

I'm sorry I'm not sure what happened and why you wouldn't have gotten the exam.  Are you looking for the R11 exam or the R12 exam.  Jesse administers the exams and he is on holiday this week and next.  I am able to set you up with an R12 exam, but we've been getting so few requests for R11 exams that he asked me to just ask for someone to wait until he gets back.  Let me know and I'll see what I can do.  If you are looking for R12, I can definitely get you sorted.

Yes it is an R11 exam.  It looks like I did receive login credentials back in September 2017 but I never took the exam. I tried logging in but I got the error that I was an unknown user. I am assuming I was deleted since it has been so long since I was originally set up.

Yes if you didn't work on it, it would definitely be deleted by now. We have a limited number of student environments so when people finish or if they aren't being used. Are you ok with waiting until @Jesse Sharp returns?  He'll be back on August 20th.  I've already sent him a note and a link to this discussion so he knows to set you up right away.

Sorry, I expected to get some R12 ETBMA exam requests while he was gone, but we haven't really had a lot of R11 requests lately so we thought we'd be ok.  The process is a bit different and I don't have all the details.

It should be the same as the R12 exam (which is quite a bit longer) and you have 2 weeks. If something does come up and you communicate with Jesse directly though, he is typically able to give you a little extra time, as long as there is no waiting list.  And we haven't been having a waiting list for R11 lately.
