    Hi Andreia,

What kind of data containers are on your report pages? If you have lists/crosstabs: have you set the "rows per page" property? If you have charts only I suggest to check the "Pagination" property and set it to "Repeat every page".

If that is not an issue and the pages split exactly around 65.000 rows, one of your Cognos admins may have to tweak with the Report/BatchReportService advanced settings. The settings are "RSVP.EXCEL.EXCEL_2007_WORKSHEET_MAXIMUM_ROWS" (max. number of rows per page) and "RSVP.EXCEL.EXCEL_2007_LARGE_WORKSHEET" (TRUE/FALSE if you want to have Cognos to support large Excel files).

More information can be found here:

Hello Robert, thank you very much for your feedback!

I am using a Saas license, version 12.0 of cognos analytics, the report has several pages, where the Orders not found page contains more than 100,000 rows, I am using a table, with a list, the rows per page configuration applies to this page?

    Hey,
I have no SAAS environment which I could check on my end regarding the advanced settings. Maybe you should check with IBM Support if they can tell on how to set them up accordingly. A workaournd would be to run the report as csv file and open in Excel. Note that this exports the query results and will not export charts, crosstab and report formatting.
