Zero Suppression might be enabled for list. In crosstab, generally zero and nulls are suppressed. Kindly check.
- From the File menu, click Preferences.
- On the Suppress tab, in the Suppression Options box, do the following:
- To suppress a row or column containing all zero values, select Zero Values.
- To suppress a row or column where all cells contain values as a result of dividing by zeros, select Division by Zero.
- To suppress a row or column where all cells contain missing values, select Missing Values.
- To suppress a row or column where all cells contain values larger than the measure's storage type allows, select Overflow Values.

Subject: Report omitting rows if calculated fields are zero
I have a report using a data module that includes two calculated fields. When I include these fields on the report and both are zero, the entire row is omitted. When I take them out the row is included again. There is nothing in the query that is qualifying on these fields. Has anyone experienced this?
