Hi,

In our company we got many years ago two licenses, one for SPSS PASW 17 and other for SPSS PASW 18. But now we have to reinstall that software in different computers cause we have changed them, and it's given error messages warning about that our authorization codes can't generate any new licenses. Is it posible to generate new licenses using same authorization codes?

Note: we have authorization codes for both sotwares.

Due to privacy issues, SPSS Licensing requests which require exchange of confidential information such as IBM Customer Number, Authorization Code, email address, etc...   need to be handled through the SPSS Licensing support page:

Use the blue button called “Open a case to get help with SPSS License issues” to open a case. We accept Licensing only.

Include all required information (e.g. authorization code, lock-code, product version, ...) such that we can immediately process your request.

For licensing questions on Student and Gradpack versions, please reach out to your vendor or academic institution where you obtained the license.
