Rendering output as PDF with images from SOXDocument object

    Hi team,

    We have a report that includes an image that we get from the SOXDocument object. When running as HTML report it loads correctly (inside the report we use the API: https://OPserver/grc/api/contents/[File Resource ID]/document) , but when running as PDF output the report hangs.

    I understand that during PDF rendering, Cognos does not inherit browser session credentials, may not support HTTPS in certain configurations, and cannot handle dynamic or authenticated URLs (such as those from the OpenPages API) unless explicitly configured.

    Is there any workaround for this scenario? Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
