According UM documentation realms connections can be dropped using the Enterprise Manager

Documentation says " … Firstly, connections can be disconnected by clicking on the ‘Disconnect’ button."

Firstly I can’t find any button labeled “Disconnect”, instead there is a button called “Bounce” and does not work, when I click it the connection does not get removed, it disappears from the grid but it comes back after 2 seconds.

Any help will be appreciate.

Did you check the details of the connection if the button is placed there?
