I'm trying to figure out how to remove sections and fields that we'll never need. When looking at the layouts section under fields there are loads of fields that are irrelevant to my company. We're in Europe, hippa, pipeda, alberta health risk, california health risk and many others do not apply to us and they make searching for what we do need a bit more annoying. Also under breach when in a task there's all these useless (to us) sections. I deleted the sections in Layouts but they are still there.

You may have tried this already but there are options to select/de-select the values to be shown on the breach tab, under Customization Settings > Breach > Data types. And here you can click on the right arrow `>` to select items on a more granular level. Do you see "HIPAA" here and so can you unselect it?

EDIT: those fields in the Breach tab may also come from pre-built modules called "Views". You can edit specifically what is on the Breach tab as well and remove these unnecessary fields.Maybe this will help achieve the result you're looking for.

As for the additional fields that you would like to remove -- these are built in fields and cannot be removed.
