I have a process that is logging into Remote desktop connection and doing some operations inside the server And the server does not contain RPA.
What commands can I use inside the server?

Automating against remote / virtual desktops is based on image recognition. Here's a list of some of the usual commands you might be using: waitImage, waitImageChange, findImage, ocrClick, click using the vision selector.
