Hi community,

i'm facing several column resizing issues after the UP11 Update has been applied. I can see this "new and odd" behavior in several deployments running the current QRadar Release.. Tested with several Browsers.. firefox, chrome and Edge.

Does anyone can confirm this annoying behavior related to column resizing? Any workarounds? @IBM Support?

Do you have some before and after screen shots?  Is this constant behaviour across the deployments?

Hi John,

thx for this advice to clear tomcat. I did it in one Deployment, but it's not really fixed. It's hard to screenshot, because it's more the behavior to adjust the size of the column. Normally, if you double-click at the column-header edge, it adjust to minimal column width... 

But since this upgrade strange things are happening as response to adjust. It seems like a big deal to adjust the columns within the offense Panel to have a good view of values. And seems to be across the deployment..

Hi community,

just asking again: does really nobody, who has upgraded to UP11, have this creepy problem of adjusting the too width standard column size or fixing it to a certain size related to Offense, Log Activity, Network Activity Panel? It's hard to imagine, as I now have this behavior in many deployments with different browsers. The user experience for analysts is really exhausting since this update :(

@IBM Support are you aware about this and maybe already working on an update?

This is due to be fixed in UP11 IF04 as well as UP12.

UP11 IF04 is scheduled to be released in the coming weeks.
