    Hi Team,

    In machine report there is a field called Period, while selecting Month From = Earliest and Month To = Latest, there are so many Raws are not having data(Blank). Can we know the reason behind that.

    Hi Yogesh,

    Looking at the data the reason there are so many fields with no data is because the usage data for these machines has been deleted and these machines are very old and need to be removed from the Repository. You are looking at data from 2011. You need to look at the last update date to see when the machines were last updated. I suggest after looking at the data that you can run the Report in the Admin tab called Delete Obsolete Hardware. You have a number of machines that can be deleted.
