    Hi All,

    We have recently integrated office 365 for SSO using SAML and MMFA with our ISVA 10.0.1.0.  The flow is SP initiated, where the request comes to ISVA (Idp) from Outlook server. 

    We have observed that the users are able to login successfully via web, but when they try to login via thick client of outlook, they receive the attached error.

    Does any one have faced any similar error ?  Do we have any "support matrix" for thick client of outlook versions and ISVA ? 

    Appreciate any kind of help with this.

    Hi Shyam,

    I'm not sure that we provide specific support statements for different thick clients.  It's more dependent on the protocols being used.  In this case I'm guessing the O365 thick client is executing a SAML flow within an embedded browser.

    Looking at the error message, I would guess that there's something in the client-side JavaScript included in that MMFA pending page which the embedded browser doesn't support.  You could try to debug this yourself or you'll probably need to open a support case.
