Futurum Total Economic Value (TEV) is conducting an important study to understand how IBM Targetprocess for Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) is creating business value for your organization. As part of this evaluation process, we need several customer references. Your responses will be crucial for creating a meaningful analysis and will remain strictly confidential and anonymized.
- What does participation look like?
- If you agree to participate, Futurum will reach out to set up a meeting time for the interview and provide a document ahead of the interview outlining the topics they plan to cover.
- Will our company be named in the report?
- No, your company will not be named in the report. Your responses will remain strictly confidential and anonymized. They will be aggregated with input from other companies to create a combined analysis. Any quotes Futurum might consider for the report will be shared with you first for your review and approval.
- How long will it take?
- The interview will take about 45–60 minutes, during which Futurum will cover topics like costs, benefits, adoption, and overall impact of your experience with IBM Targetprocess.
