In the Emissions Inventory dashboards, there is reference to OFFSETS in some of the labels

Does anyone have client / internal resistance to the terminology and find it confusing or in some cases referred to as "factually incorrect"?

Hi Craig. We haven't had any resistance to the terminology. There is a big difference between RECs (renewable energy certificates) and Offsets, which is why we call the collection of these 2 terms: 'GHG Reductions' in some cases. I don't believe the way we're using the term 'Offsets' is factually incorrect, either. It all depends on context.
