Reference Process Stuck -- Child process is not invoked

    Hello,

    I have reference process model in clustered environment(version 7.1.2). I found some times the child process model can’t be invoked, and I also found the document is not published from parent process model when the transaction stuck.

    I used same document to trigger the parent process model for testing, so output in pipeline is same. I sync all packages on both nodes.

    Anything else should I check why parent process model doesn’t publish the document?

    Could you please let us know the fix level.
    Also please let us know the QOS settings on both parent and child model.
