Try adjusting your Windows display scaling to 100%. This often resolves common issues. Check out the IBM RPA Studio Recorder Troubleshooting Guide for more details.
Also, review the logs at %LOCALAPPDATA%/IBM Robotic Process Automation/Studio.log. For additional info, see the IBM RPA Scripts and Logs Documentation.
However, since you've already read the documentation and troubleshooting isn't working, I recommend opening a case with IBM for further assistance.

Hello everyone,
I am new in IBM RPA, so I am having a hard time using the recorder for Desktop Automation, it does not mapp the fields when I click "CTRL" + "Field" to inspect the elements.
