  • 1.  Recieve step failure

    Our process is started by publishing a document. When the document is published, the process initial “Receive” step always fails initially. Immediately following the failure the process retries and is always successful.

    Attached is a screen capture of the error message from myWebMethods.

    Can anyone make a suggestion on what is happening?

    Maybe you have to “Build and Upload” your process again?

    If that fails, and you don’t have any custom code in the IS, try deleting the self-generated package from the IS and “B&U” again.

    It seems the trigger could not find your process/task service to handle the message.
