    Hello Everyone,


    I'm trying to sign up for a free trial of Cognos Analytics on Cloud for the Data Visualization and Dashboards with Excel and Cognos Course on Coursera and whenever I try to launch my trial it says, "CA Login Authentication Error
    The user is not authorized to access the application." I've tried in different browsers, incognito mode, and even tried with another email but I always get the same error. Can anyone help me troubleshoot this so that I can finish my course?

    I've been using the free version for awhile without issue(I started using via coursera cert. several months ago) and it is telling me that my project no longer exists. So . . . probably an issue on IBMs end, I'd hang tight and try every day till it's back up.
