Hi,

I would like to develop a chatbot over SMS. I was able to connect Twilio and send SMS, but there isn't an action to Receive SMS in the RPA Studio. Any advice on how to receive SMS would be much appreciated.

Twillio is not currently supported by IBM RPA built-in chatbot.
A workaround would be to manually create the integration by using Twillio webhooks, however, this can be a lot of effort as you would need to manage the state yourself.
