just out of curiosity, is there any update on this?

As a starter it would be good to have e.g. a nUIButtonElement that cannot be clicked. It does not necessarily appear to be disabled - it would be sufficient for now that the button just doesn’t react in any way to the user input (therefore not graphically either).

Hi David,

A disabled state has been added to nearly all platforms now in the recent nUI sprint work for CeBIT so you should expect this soon.
