Hi Paul, Let me clarify the position of MaaaS360 in regards to to your question. Bigix was an IBM product that was divested and turned over to HCL. We have no intention nor plans for a re-introduction of BigFix within the MaaS360 family of products. However, MaaS360 is in the final steps of introducing a granular patch distribution facility for the Windows (Win7 - Win10). This function will provide administrators the ability to distribute and install outstanding relevant patches to a single device or all devices needing the patch/update. We are looking for an end of year 2019 availability. Regarding macOS patches, MaaS360is reviewing market demand for this function, since a majority of organization currently "accept" the Apple macOS updates automatically in a fashion similar to iOS. That exercise is ongoing. Regarding software distribution - MaaS360 currently provides the ability to store, distribute and install application for iOS, Android, macOS and Windows, along with scripts. Packaging for these payloads is normally handled by Commercial Off the Shelf applications like Flexera, Microsoft, Apple etc.

Subject: Re-Introduction of BigFix?
Hi All,
Does anyone know if there are plans to re-introduce BigFix in future releases? I've had a couple of clients pose this question in relation to Windows 10 and MacOS. Grateful for any insights or related info.
NB. To clarify, I'm asking specifically about BigFix features for MaaS360 such as packaging and software distribution.
Thanks,
Paul
