    Hi,
    When I load our portal URL, except login.jsp, remaining all showing 403 forbidden. But when I refresh those URL individually and refresh the main page, all the working fine. Not sure why it is behaving like this. Please advise on this

    Hello Dhinakaran, unfortunately this doesn't look like something that can be diagnosed in a forum context.

    It looks like something you'd have to open a case for: https://www.ibm.com/mysupport/s/
