RBD shortcut key questionnaire

    Hi Folks,

    RBD team had received a issue about shortcut key, we want know if some of you have problem with shortcut keys?

    I have three question below:

    1 Do you using shortcut keys to help you working more efficiently? (Y/N)

    2 Do you have any problem when using shortcut keys? (Y/N  if yes ,please describe the scenario and the step to reproduce , some trace file is welcome )

    3 when you using shortcut in RBD ,have you ever find  all shortcut keys Unavailable and  need to restart the IDE to recover ?(Y/N)

    My answers:

    1. Yes, I like using shortcut keys

    2. No, never had any problems

    3. No, never had any problems

    My favorite shotcut keys: Ctrl+Shift+R in Project Explorer view to find and open resources. Ctrl+Shift+O in editor to organize import statements.

    1.    Yes  (  Content assist  alt+/,  Ctrl+Shift+O for import statement creation  )  

    2.     No

    3.     Yes.  In RBD  V7 and V8 ,  No problem  since V8.5 and above.

    3. Occasionally we had a problem in previous versions. I have not had this problem in 9.1.

    1. Yes. We use them all the time.

    2. ocasionally.

    3. Yes.  It looks like they occur after using the Design or preview tab when working on Rich UI widgets. That's why we have standard the Source view.
