Is this site working? I have attemtpted to generate a new license key for the past couple of weeks and get numerous errors so am unable to use ZD&T until I get a license. I have opened a case, TS016802091, but support there do not seem to understand. They keep telling me I need to be a Silver or above member of Partner Plus which is rubbish. What is the point of buying a software product, receiving a hardware key yet am unable to generate a license to use it?

I do this quite a few times a year for both hardware and software licenses and have never had a problem. This is a brand new license which means you cannot return any licenses as none have been generated yet and as the website does not allow me to generate them, I wouldn't be able to return them anyway. Looks like the website is broken now:

Just a quick update. We received another token from Rational which had a different serial number and this worked and a license was generated. The differences between the tokens were that the original one was blue and and a serial number beginning with 02- and the other was green and began with 03-. Perhaps the old ones are no longer recognised by the license center.
