  • 1.  R11 Export to PDF Issues

    When we're exporting an online report to PDF and choosing to email it, we get a 'can't load plugin' error with Chome; with IE, we get the following.  Anyone else run into this w/R11.8?

    There was an update from Chrome recently related to Adobe Reader

    You may need to update your Chrome with the newest Abode Reader

    I had mine work just now, when I sent a report to myself in PDF form

    Thank you!  I'll do that!  What's funny is that when I send myself just the link by itself, the link gives me that error, but when I send the attachment and link, like you did, that link works.  Who knows.  I'll definitely update Chrome, tho!  Thx!!

    Hi Jenny - we don't send PDFs often, but I checked mine (emailed it to myself) and got the same results that Hee Sung Kang did (the email with the PDF attachment, along with the link.  FYI, we're on Chrome ver:

    Version 72.0.3626.121 (Official Build) (64-bit)
