  • 1.  Query on Processing rule functionality

    Hi,

If we select to Deliver a document with Partner’s preferred protocol in the processing rule, is there any way we can identify whether the sending was successful or not? For example, if the partner’s network is down, could we get any status in the transaction that the delivery failed?

Yes. you can open TN “Tasks” where you can find the status in “Task Status” field.
if any failure, you can later do “restart” for failed task.

I did that for querying the task status. We need to alert in case of failure. Thanks

We subscribe to the wm.tn.rec:TaskFailure document and fire off an email (or alternatively an SMS) when it occurs. Works well.
