  • 1.  Query about previously gained Community Points

    Anybody who knows about the community points?

    Does anybody know what happened to the previously gained community points (I think I already have 1,450 pts)?  Because of this, I wasn't able to get a copy of my certificate when I took the exam last 2018.  Would you know if I can still get my certificate or it already expired and I need to take a new exam to be tagged as TBM certified again?  Need your comment or assistance, please.

    I believe the points in the community have nothing to do with our certification.
    The only link between the certification process and the community was (and still is?) to get a minimum amount of "likes" to a blog post for the Elite certification.
    Maybe @Lauren Pagan @Cliff Bird @Debbie Hagen ​​​​or @Rhonda Keller​ can help further.
    I wouldn't worry too much about points in the community (but one gets a kick from that... 😎😊😜!)

    @Maria Socorro Nalo you can download your certificate from Apptio University, if you no longer have an AAEP reach out to university@apptio.com and we can send over the certificate.  The yearly titles expire from year to year.  If 2018 is your latest RTBMA title, you are able to go through the RTBMA learning plan to earn the latest title.​  We encourage users to keep their title current where you are able to upgrade your title each year.  I am also tagging our Ops Coordinator @Logan Brown who is a great resource for anything Apptio University related. :)
