Hello, I want a quantum computer community. Who else?

Hi @Lukas Mannsfeld, we are looking to partner with the IBM Quantum Computing (IBMQ) team to explore launching a community here. We, too,  are very excited about what IBM is doing in this space and would love to be plugged in with the experts as they take us on their research and development journey.

For now, there is a QISKIT community on Github. Qiskit [quiss-kit] is an open-source SDK for working with quantum computers at the level of pulses, circuits, and application modules. Qiskit accelerates the development of quantum applications by providing the complete set of tools needed for interacting withquantum systems and simulators.
