QRadar Right-Click Customization | Plugin | AbuseIP DB

    Dear concern,

    Hope you are doing well.

    I have little bit confusion regarding Plugin option in Right-click customization.

    IT team added Plugin using admin account as shown in attached Image.



    I am not using Admin account and I have limited rights of Information Security Analyst. When I right clicked on any IP, this option is not appearing in the list. But it is appearing through Admin account. Please guide me how can I get this option in my profile as well.

    Hi Mehwish,

    You should ask an administrator to check you have the correct permissions. Page 27 of the plug-ins documentation available at https://exchange.xforce.ibmcloud.com/hub/extension/bfa8a293489f21da69efec1c4e2c7acc or https://exchange.xforce.ibmcloud.com/hub/extension/resilientsystems:ResilientSystems if using the old version states:

    To perform these procedures, you need to have the IBM QRadar SOAR Plugin permission (as specified in User Role Management); otherwise, you do not see the Send to SOAR button.
