1- log source seems to be old on my site, can I update this part? if yes, how can I do it?
2- I usually get the error in the second photo when I start the system. Is this a serious problem and where can I find a solution?

I have installed QRadar CE on my own VM system. Now I want to develop a Use Case, but I have a problem when I get to the Rules page and click to write a new rule. Back Next Finish is not working.
The Custom Rules Wizard is not working for me. I share the screenshot below, where I can't click next or other tabs.
