    I have 2 Qradar 733 CE implementatons running.

    One with proxy and one without proxy.

    Both use : https://qmmunity.q1labs.com/

    This works fine for the none proxy.

    But this doesn´t work for the proxy implementation , its gives above error.

    Also tried https://auto-update.qradar.ibmcloud.com/ but no solution.

    My proxy is tested and operational.

    Hope someone has an idea, thanks!

    Hi Theo,

    i assume you've maybe read the following article in the meantime: https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/qradar-important-auto-update-server-changes-administrators

    Since 1st of December of 2020 only your second mentioned auto-update URL works for updates. In case of using a proxy you'll find details to resolve an issue using a proxy..

    Maybe this will help.

    For some reason I had also to restart our Squid proxy server to get things working again.

    All working fine now.
