Hi All,

We are installing the VMware Carbon Black EDR App - QRadar 7.3.3 FP6+/7.4.1 FP2+ on our IBM AppHost server v7.5 . We entered the API key and EDR URL located on-premises. However, when we run the "Check Configuration", based on the error message we are getting, the app seems to be sending the validation check to our proxy server. We do not have the option in the app to disable the proxy (similar to many other apps that do have the option).

Anyone has any ideas or suggestions how can I have the app not try to connect to the proxy server but go directly to the provided IP address.
