1059 - mq-qm
is not available because TCP connection cannot be created
Could be a temporary network issue. Best to check if no changes/issues occurred on networklevel.

Hope all are doing well.
Today I came up with production issue where my QM went down suddently.
The reason code was 1059 on datapower.

There is very little information on this based on what I looked for. Can anyone help me with their experience on this reason code? What could be the real cause of it?
DP -- MQ -- TIBCO is the flow
Validation of cofigs on DP & MQ appeared good. The issue got fixed by itself (very unlikely). I would like to know the areas to look for and check further accordingly.
