I haven't not seen a request for this integration and did a quick search in the IBM Request for Enhancements (RFE) portal and didn't see anything on that keyword. If you have not done so, I think the best starting point is to create an RFE for this integration, so it can be officially logged.
DSMs have their own section in the product list as: IBM QRadar Integration (DSM, Scanner, Rules, Reports).
If you have logs for this device, you can scrub them if you prefer and attach them to your integration request. Also, make sure you include your business priority in the description and convey any important business/security needs for this DSM.
