we were testing update on python software to 3.12 version on aix 7.2 sP9  test server .
 since ansible playbook is not working with python 3.12 and we have rolled back to python3 version and ansible playbook is working again fine.
so we want to know if python 3.12 requires additional fixes so that ansible playbook will work on AIX 7.2 SP9 or python 3.12 is not compatible with AIX 7.2 SP9.Please provide your inputs

Are you using AIX as a Ansible controller node ? If so, you can't use it with python3.12 now as Toolbox Ansible is built against python3.9. We have already published some python3 based packages built against python3.12 in Toolbox. Ansible against python3.12 will be available in few more weeks.
